Description: On March 20, 2018, minor plaintiff (L. P-J) was a student and attending Millwood High School. Plaintiff became physically ill at school and was granted permission by the school and her mother (plaintiff Danielle Pacific) to leave the school and go home. While plaintiff was walking from school to her home, she was stopped and questioned by Officers Chanel Grenade and Goldy Felix without any justification. The officers ignored plaintiff's explanations and those of her mother (who was in contact with plaintiff via cell phone) and forcibly seized plaintiff and placed her in handcuffs.
