Description: On August 17, 2013, was walking in the Bronx when Defendant Officers Adriano Contreras, Denia Roberts and others stopped, searched and arrested him. No contraband was discovered. Plaintiff was taken to the 43rd Precinct, where he was strip searched. Defendants Contreras and Roberts filed a false arrest report, and Defendant Lieutenant Sean McHugh authorized the arrest. A grand jury voted no true bill at a later date and all unspecified charges were dismissed.

Description: On November 13, 2013, Plaintiffs called a cab service and were driving through the Bronx. Two Defendant Officers in street clothes approached the vehicle, presented weapons, and tapped on the windows telling the driver to pull over. The driver, against the will of Plaintiff passengers drove away. The cab was then blocked by an NYPD vehicle.
