Description: On January 19, 2022, Plaintiff was pulled over by PO Wienclaw and Martinez while parked in his own car recently purchased. The police officers stated that the temporary Texas license plate on the car’s rear was not visible and the window tints too dark. Despite Plaintiff providing a copy of the temporary plate information, his title and his driver’s license and the DMV check confirming that the car was properly registered, police officers maliciously overcharged Plaintiff with felony possession of forged instrument. Description: On June 12, 2022, the Plaintiff was viciously assaulted and suffered a broken nose. Upon reporting the incident at the police station, the Plaintiff was instead wrongfully arrested and detained based on a 30+ year old previously vacated warrant for the arrest of a completely different person. The Plaintiff informed the PO's that he was incarcerated in a federal prison from April 2006 until December 2016 and could not have a warrant for his arrest. The Plaintiff was physically restrained and detained for three days and denied medical treatment. The corrections officer also denied medical treatment and denied access to a bed for three days.
