Description: On August 28, 2019, several unidentified officers, including detective Richard Charles, unlawfully entered plaintiff's apartment without consent, an arrest warrant, a lawful search warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion. The officers claimed to have a warrant, through refused to provide plaintiff with said warrant, despite her requests. The officers questioned plaintiff about her cousin, who did not reside in the apartment and had only visited a few times in the past year, and then proceeded to search the entire apartment.
