Description: On May 28, 2012, Pierre Browning was unlawfully arrested by NYPD Officers Yesenia Velazquez and Vivian Gavilanes at his residence in the Bronx. Despite providing evidence of his residency, Browning was detained, handcuffed with excessive tightness, and faced physical assault. He was charged with false impersonation based on Velazquez's statements, a charge which was later adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
