Description: On April 8, 2012, Plaintiff returned to her apartment where her roommate seemed to be yelling about her. Plaintiff entered her bedroom where she discovered what appeared to be a pile of human feces and urine soaking and surrounding her sneakers. Her roommate was threatening that she had a gun and that she would shoot Plaintiff, and was smashing objects. Plaintiff called 911 to ask for help, and around the same time her roommate also called 911. Plaintiff waited for the officers alone in the lobby of her building, where she was eventually approached by NYPD officers including Officer Morant.
