Description: On October 7, 2013, at approximately 2:00 p.m. plaintiff MARK HOLT had entered the subway station located at 8th Avenue and 34th Street, in Manhattan New York, and was lawfully inside when defendant police officers TIFFANY HALLIDAY, and POLICE OFFICERS JOHN DOES # 1-4 approached plaintiff and asked for his identification. Plaintiff complied with the request and provided his identification to the defendant police officers. Then the defendant officers told plaintiff to turn around, handcuffed him and placed him under arrest. Plaintiff was transported to a Transit District precinct were he was photographed, fingerprinted, and placed in a holding cell before he was transported to Manhattan Central Booking. . On...
