Description: On September 15, 2017, Plaintiff Mohan was driving a vehicle when Defendants John or Jane Doe 1-10 wrongfully pulled over his vehicle. The defendants unlawfully questioned the plaintiff and unlawfully entered the vehicle without his consent. The plaintiff was also subject to an illegal search that resulted in him being falsely accused of possessing a firearm and fitting the description of another suspect. Mohan was subjected to physical violence in order to be handcuffed. The defendants also subject to incarceration punishments such a strip searches and cavity checks. Subsequently, Mohan was eventually vindicated on of all the charges against him.
