Description: Officers entered home where Plaintiff was a lawful guest and ordered her out of bed, giving her a rob to cover up with no belt. Plaintiff was then handcuffed, leaving her front exposed and naked, and humiliated by derogatory comments made by officers. Plaintiff was arrested for no reason, brought to 28th precinct and unlawfully strip searched. False charges were filed and eventually dismissed.

Description: On the incident date, the plaintiff was arrested for sale of a controlled substance when the defendants jumped out of an unmarked car and handcuffed the plaintiff. His pockets were searched and the contents were placed in a yellow envelope by the defendants. The plaintiff was brought to the 25th precinct where he was placed in the holding cell area and told to get naked. The plaintiff did not comply and was jumped, beaten, had his clothes torn off, and underwent a "visually" and "manually cavity" search by the defendants.
