Description: On May 16, 2023, PO Chei, Fernandez, and others unlawfully entered Plaintiff Perry's home without consent or a warrant. They were armed with automatic weapons. The officers then handcuffed Plaintiff Perkins who was lawfully staying at Plaintiff Perry's home and told him to sit on the hallway floor. The officers proceeded to search and ransack Plaintiff Perry's home without a search warrant. They also seized Plaintiff Perkins' phone.
