Description: On July 5, 2018 at approximately 12:15 a.m. POs Andrew Heidanus, Diego Jimenez, John Doe, and John Roe approached Plaintiff and without legal justification stopped, accused Plaintiff of committing a crime, searched, seized, and arrested Plaintiff based on fraud and perjury and with excessive force. Plaintiff was taken into custody subject to a strip search, arraigned, and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours, criminally processed, and required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until ultimately all charges against him were terminated favorably.
