Description: On April 06, 2023, around 8:00 P.M., plaintiff Raul Silva was in the vicinity of Junction Boulevard and 35th Ave, Queens, when he was falsely arrested, assaulted, and battered by Police Officers. Plaintiff was lawfully inside a restaurant waiting for his order when he was illegally approached and demanded to furnish a license and registration. Police Officers Rahman and Vukosa declined to answer Plaintiff's request for the reason for the search when Plaintiff was seized, battered, punched in the head, and grabbed in an illegal manner.
