On December 14, 2018, at approximately 6:26 p.m., in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] idled his vehicle while moving some belongings from his nearby apartment with his friend, [redacted] while his girlfriend, [redacted] was sitting in the vehicle and his sister, [redacted] and mother, [redacted] were also present. 90th Precinct officers Lt. Henry Daverin, PO Jessica Schrell, and PO Philippe Vukosa approached the vehicle and [redacted] approached soon after. After asking for [redacted] identification, Lt. Daverin grabbed his shirt, pushed him against a vehicle, and handcuffed him with PO Vukosa (Allegations A and B: Force, [redacted] 1). PO Schrell then asked [redacted] for the keys to his vehicle and allegedly grabbed his face (Allegation C: Force, [redacted] 1). Additional officers arrived including 90th Precinct officers Sgt. Gregg Minardi and PO Tyler Howe. As [redacted] attempted to record the incident, Sgt.
