Description: On July 12, 2019 at approximately 11:30 p.m., plaintiff was lawfully at the 90th Precinct located at 211 Union Avenue, County of Kings, New York, NY. At that time, Police Officer Erdem Ozden (Shield No. 13505) unlawfully placed handcuffs on plaintiff. Plaintiff was subsequently fingerprinted, photographed, placed in a cell, transported to and imprisoned at Central Booking, and released from police custody at approximately 9:00 pm on July 13, 2019. Plaintiff was not arraigned, issued a ticket, or prosecuted. In placing plaintiff under arrest, police officers used excessive and unjustified force and intimidated the plaintiff.
