Description: On June 4, 2020 Plaintiff Adam Azbel-Bedell was attending a Black Lives Matter protest in Brooklyn. When Plaintiff was riding down the street on his bicycle to leave the protest just after 9pm, he was tackled by PO John Doe 1 and knocked off his bicycle. Plaintiff's bike was never returned to him. Extremely tight handcuffs were placed on Plaintiff and he was loaded onto a police van. PO Aaron Husbands also ignored Plaintiffs requests to loosen the cuffs, which were kept on for over an hour.
