Description: On August 2, 2018, Plaintiffs Wilfredo Morales, Sr., Wilfredo Morales, Jr., and Gilberto Morales were inside their apartment with Plaintiff guests Amin Tyler, Ian Rueda, and Steven Reynoso when members of the SWAT team forcibly entered the apartment without a warrant.
