Description: On May 16, 2022, plaintiff while lawfully at Foster and Utica Aves, Brooklyn, NY, was going to meet friends some of his friends near the intersection. Plaintiff parked his car in a parking lot at the intersection and exited his vehicle. Plaintiff used a cane to walk. Plaintiff observed several Defendant officers speaking to Plaintiff’s friends. Defendants asked Plaintiff and his girlfriend for their IDs. Plaintiff asked Radoncic why he stopped his friends and defendant responded by telling Plaintiff to back off. Plaintiff repeated his question, and Radoncic pushed Plaintiff several times, causing him to fall to the ground. Several defendants piled on top of plaintiff, one officer shoving his knee into Plaintiff...
