On January 14, 2021, at approximately 10:08p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were sitting in [redacted] vehicle with the engine on outside of [redacted] home, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, when PO Mirsad Radoncic, PO Jason Schreckenstein, PO Craig Smith, and Lt. Daniel Guida, all of the 71st Precinct, pulled up next to [redacted] vehicle in theirs and stopped [redacted] vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). The officers ordered [redacted] and [redacted] to exit the vehicle, and once they did so, officers frisked and searched them (Allegations B, C, D, and E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). The officers walked [redacted] and [redacted] to the rear of the vehicle, and PO Radoncic searched the vehicle (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). At the rear of the vehicle, Lt. Guida asked [redacted] for his name several times, and [redacted] did not provide it. Lt. Guida and PO Smith then began to place [redacted] in handcuffs, during which Lt.
