Description: On or about February 10, 2017, the plaintiff was in front of and within her residence when defendant-NYPD officers conducted an unlawful search of plaintiff's residence without permission or warrant. During this search and defendant's subsequent arrest of plaintiff, the defendants repeatedly cursed at-, threatened, and tormented plaintiff, including through name-calling, within the presence of the plaintiff's friends, neighbors, and acquaintances.
