Description: On May 25, 2021, Plaintiff was present at a protest against police brutality and misconduct where he addressed the crowd and read civil rights violation complaints against various officers including Sergeant Sean Aman.
After, four officers surrounded Plaintiff, one grabbed his arm and said "help me get this guy," and the other three then also grabbed him. Officers forced Plaintiff into an unmarked van then transported him to the precinct where Sergeant Aman met them outside to remove Plaintiff from the van and bring him into the building.
Plaintiff asked Sergeant Aman and another officer to loosen their grip, and Sergeant Aman grabbed both of Plaintiff's arms and pushed him toward and into the front desk. Pol...
