Description: On January 10, 2019 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Plaintiff was walking along 1546 Selwyn Avenue when POs Xavier Fernandez, Harris Haskovic, Jacqueline Becker, Dionicio Brito, and Richard Delahanty unlawfully and without provocation grabbed Plaintiff and slammed his head into the ground, causing severe injury including laceration. Description: On May 9, 2019, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Jason Gonzalez was lawfully present near East 165th Street and Sheridan Avenue in the Bronx when NYPD officers, including Officer Xavier Fernandez, stopped and searched him without legal justification. The officers used excessive force during the arrest, including applying tight handcuffs, causing Gonzalez physical pain.
