Description: On November 17, 2012 Defendant Officers Mackenzie, an Undercover Officer, and several other Defendant Officers unlawfully arrested Plaintiff in Manhattan. Plaintiff was walking in his neighborhood when Defendant Officers suddenly approached, grabbed, pushed onto a park car, handcuffed tightly, and arrested him without cause. Defendant Officers then searched Plaintiff and found nothing illegal. Plaintiff was then placed in a Police van and taken to the 25th precinct. Plaintiff was then strip searched, exposing his private parts, nothing was found. Defendant Officers then filed false reports to cover up their illegal actions. All charges were dismissed.
