Description: On October 15, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully inside his apartment at 671 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, when Defendant police officers unlawfully entered and searched the apartment without probable cause or legal justification. Plaintiff began recording the officers' actions on his phone. In response, the officers slapped the phone out of his hands and used excessive force by grabbing him, throwing him to the ground, kicking and punching him, and ripping out his hair, causing serious physical injuries. Plaintiff was transported to Lincoln Hospital for treatment.

Description: On March 30, 2019, plaintiff was in front of his residence awaiting entrance as he did not have his keys at that time, and defendant police officers, without any probable cause, approached him and asked for his ID. Plaintiff complied, and then one of the officers informed plaintiff that he had outstanding warrants.
