Description: On November 21, 2019, at approximately 8:00 p.m, plaintiffs were lawfully present at 132 Newport Street, Brooklyn, New York, when they were falsely arrested and otherwise unlawfully seized by Defendant officer Justin Caballero and others (together the "defendants"). Plaintiffs were subsequently placed in an NYPD vehicle and transported to the NYPD 73rd Precinct, where they were booked and processed on false charges and unlawfully detained for several hours.
