Description: On October 27, 2019, plaintiff was falsely arrested by Officers Darrion Grant, Eduardo Perezromero, Pedro Flores, Thomas Tubolino, Robert Czaplinksi, and Lawrence Lechmanski. Plaintiff had been sitting in his parked car awaiting AAA assistance for a dead battery. Officers approached his car and Ofc. Perezromero ordered plaintiff to exit his vehicle. Plaintiff complied. Ofc. Perezromero proceeded to falsely accuse plaintiff of hitting a fire hydrant. Plaintiff denied. Ofc. Perezromero asked if plaintiff had been drinking, and plaintiff said no. Ofc.
