Description: On August 23, 2021 at around 8:00 PM, Plaintiff Eric Johnson was lawfully driving his car on Saratoga Avenue in Brooklyn, NY when he was stopped and pulled over without reason by Defendants Police Officer Christopher Collado and Michael Kutny. Plaintiff was subsequently arrested and handcuffed without any warrant or lawful reason, and despite his objections, was submitted to the false arrest without resistance. Upon arrival at the jail, Plaintiff was subjected to a humiliating search, his belongings were confiscated, and he was incarcerated. His charges were dismissed, but Plaintiff alleges misconduct by the officers, including false arrest, battery, negligence, and malicious prosecution. The complaint claims t...
