Description: On December 5, 2013 Plaintiff was lawfully present at a premises when PO Daniel O'Mahoney, PO Jonathan Dones, Lt. James Hepworth, and POs John Does assaulted and battered him without legal justification. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned, and subjected to a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff suffered severe and serious injuries, great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish, humiliation, shame, loss of employment opportunities, and psychological trauma as a result of this incident.

Description: On January 26, 2023, Plaintiff was walking towards the subway station when an unmarked police vehicle drove past him, stopped abruptly, then drove in revise until it was adjacent to Plaintiff. Three Defendant NYPD officers exited the unmarked vehicle, one of which was in uniform and the other two were in plainclothes. The Defendants ordered Plaintiff to put his hands on the wall. When Plaintiff asked what he had done, the Defendants told Plaintiff to shut up. The Defendants then physically forced Plaintiff against the wall by dragging, throwing, and pushing him.
