Description: On April 8, 2012, Plaintiff returned to her apartment where her roommate seemed to be yelling about her. Plaintiff entered her bedroom where she discovered what appeared to be a pile of human feces and urine soaking and surrounding her sneakers. Her roommate was threatening that she had a gun and that she would shoot Plaintiff, and was smashing objects.
