Description: On January 22, 2020, three Plaintiffs were present in an apartment. The apartment belonged to Plaintiff One. Plaintiff Two and Three were overnight guests. Both of the Plaintiffs were then arrested, taken to the 73rd Precinct, charged with trespassing, menacing, and fraud. The other Plaintiff was locked inside the house.
