Complaint
Description: On or about January 16, 2020, inside the NYPD 30th Precinct, plaintiff was arrested by members of the NYPD, including but not limited to Andrew Carrasquillo (together the "defendants"), without a warrant and without probable cause. Plaintiff was malicioulsy prosecuted without probable cause by the defendants who provided knowingly false, misleading and incomplete information. Due to this plaintiff was adjudicated to be in breach of his probation and was incarcerated for two weeks. On or about September 16, 2020, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
