Description: "On April 12, 2016, Defendant Officer Donal Schumacher, Defendant Officer Miller and Defendant Detective Douglass Carr were en route to an emergency using their emergency turret lights when they allege Plaintiff Darrell Ramos made an illegal U-Turn in front of their vehicle. The Defendants aborted their emergency run and pulled Plaintiff over. Defendants allege they asked for the driver's license and insurance, which he said he could not provide because he was on the job, nor could he provide any work identification and became aggressive. However, at trial, the Defendants admitted to having fabricated the allegations of drunk driving.
