Description: On July 24, 2019, in the vicinity of 4 Siclen Court, Brooklyn, New York, the plaintiff was resting inside a bedroom the aforementioned location when defendant NYPD officers surrounded the house with guns drawn. The defendants illegally entered the house despite have no valid reason to inquire. When the plaintiff exited the house, she was immediately handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion resulting in substantial pain and physical discomfort. She was then removed to the 75th Precinct and processed. The defendants continued to maliciously prosecute the plaintiff until the false charges were dropped on August 16, 2020.
