Description: On or about October 13, 2011, when Diane Dawson, a African American citizen, was on her way home to prepare and go to her school for her night classes, she was arrested by Sergeant Mikolaj Lankamer, and John Does and Jane Does 1-3, without committing any defense against the laws of New York City and/ro State for which any arrest may be lawfully made. Upon inquiry as to what was going on, the officers threatened that they would punch her in her face.
