Complaint
Description: On March 8, 2018, inside of 830 Washington Avenue, without just cause or provocation, the Defendants, including PHILLIPS, handcuffed Plaintiff and intentionally and falsely accused Plaintiff of having committed the violation of Disorderly Conduct. On March 9, 2018, Plaintiff was released from police custody with a Summons directing Plaintiff to appear in Criminal Court. Plaintiff had to defend against false charges until the matter was terminated in Plaintiff's favor on May 23, 2018.
