Description: On June 4, 2020, Defendant Supervisor Jane Doe 1 approached Plaintiff and grabbed Plaintiff’s bike without probable cause. Plaintiff was an essential worker who had been making deliveries near a protest. Defendant officer John Doe 2 punched Plaintiff in the face. A group of Defender officers tackled and punched Plaintiff across his body including his ribs and striking Plaintiff’s back with batons. A Defendant officer tightly handcuffed Plaintiff.
