On May 23, 2023, at approximately 4:47 pm at the Simpson Street subway station (Manhattan-bound 2/5 line) in the Bronx, [redacted] evaded transit fare. Sergeant Ramon Cepeda slammed her against a gated door (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). Sgt.
