Plaintiff specifically asked her hair stylist, Carleen, for a shampoo and that she wanted extensions sewed on her hair. Description: On or about April 9th, 2021, at 688 East Gunhill Road, in The Bronx, Plaintiff Kelcey Marrero was detained by Defendants, NYPD Police Officers Diaz and John Doe. Defendants forcibly and violently seized the Plaintiff, arrested and imprisoned him at the 47th Precinct in the Bronx and at Central Booking after that. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and imprisoned and confined for a period of over 22 hours and was then released.
