Description: On February 3, 2021, at around 9:30 p.m., Plaintiff was unlawfully searched and seized by Defendant police officers while lawfully on the premises of 3916 Avenue D in Kings County New York. Throughout their unlawful search, which culminated in Plaintiff being unlawfully confined in a police vehicle, Defendants repeatedly called Plaintiff names and threatened him. Description: On September 16, 2019, Plaintiff, a minor, was physically seized without probable cause. In the process of detaining Plaintiff, officers used unjustified force including shooting a taser at Plaintiff's back and forcibly handcuffing Plaintiff.
