Summary

On January 26, 2018, at approximately 3:37 p.m., [redacted] and her daughter, [redacted] got into an argument at [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] shoved [redacted] and in response, [redacted] took her [redacted] granddaughter, [redacted], went into her bedroom, and locked the door. Shortly thereafter, both [redacted] and [redacted] called 911.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., Sergeant Robert Durst, Police Officer Jared Faber, Police Officer Shayne Williams, Police Officer Ryan Swift, Police Officer Matthew DiSilvestre, Police Officer Giuseppe Gentile, and Police Officer Alexander Lambros of the 47th Precinct responded. After speaking to [redacted] who had custody of [redacted], Sgt. Durst asked [redacted] to hand her granddaughter over. When [redacted] did not immediately do so, Police Officer Williams allegedly grabbed [redacted] by her arm and allegedly pushed her into the hallway, causing her to fall on a pile of boxes (Allegation A: Force – Physical Force, [redacted]). Police Officer Faber retrieved [redacted] from the bedroom, and [redacted] and [redacted] left the apartment.
