One of the officers, whose specific identify is not known to Plainitff, pulled his pants down and threw him to the ground face first causing severe injuries requiring surgery. Description: On December 15, 2020, while Plaintiff was taking out the trash, she was aggressed and hit by her tenant. She called 911 and lawfully waited in front of the building in Bronx when the police arrived. Plaintiff's injuries were treated by the Emergency Medical Technicians and while she went back to her apartment to get a needed gauze, Plaintiff was subject to an unlawful arrest, detention, assault, battery and excessive use of force by the Defendants.
