Summary

On May 23, 2020, at approximately 9:03p.m., inside [redacted] in the Bronx, [redacted] was in his bedroom in a shared apartment when he heard a bang on his bedroom door. [redacted] opened the bedroom door partially and saw PO Nazim Karim, PO Kimberly Rose, PO Richard Kissane, and PO Nicole Krauss from the 48th Precinct. PO Karim and PO Kissane repeatedly instructed [redacted] to step out of his room. [redacted] refused and closed the bedroom door. PO Karim attempted to open the door, hitting [redacted] on the left shoulder (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Karim then broke the locks on the door and opened it (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
