Description: On or about March 21, 2021, NYPD Officers Jason Garcia, Juan Acostavilla, MD Ahad, Christopher Arnaud, Obrian Barnett, Ibn Barthelemy, John M. Gutierrez, Nazim Karim, Keith Kelly, Richard Kissane, Jeremy Lorenzorivera, Ercilio Luna, Victor Nina, Luis Rivera, Kimberly Rose, Christian Valencia, Filipe Vieira, and Bryan Wilder approached the Plaintiff without probable cause. One of the officers, whose specific identify is not known to Plainitff, pulled his pants down and threw him to the ground face first causing severe injuries requiring surgery. Plaintiff was not taken into custody or cited for any violation of law.

Description: On or about August 26, 2022, when the plaintiff was assisting her mother with a ceiling leak, Police Officer Nazim Karim and other police officers arrived at the scene. The police officers accused her of wrongfully evicting a tenant from the unoccupied second floor. Plaintiff tried to explain that the tenants had successfully moved, took their property with them, and their lease had ended. Even though plaintiff tried to ask the police officer to check the second floor, such effort was ignored by the officers. The officers placed the plaintiff into handcuffs and under arrest.
