Description: On October 30, 2014, defendants knocked down the front door of plaintiffs' residences and entered. Plaintiffs were ordered to get on the floor and complied. Afraid, plaintiff Louisgarde shimmied over to the window. Defendants grabbed plaintiff Louisgarde, took his hand, then dropped him to the ground from the second floor perch, causing him to break his ankle upon impact.
