Description: On March 24, 2019, Plaintiff called the police to his shared apartment in response to his housemates breaking open the door to his bedroom. When the police arrived, one of the housemates told the police they needed to arrest plaintiff for stealing food and dishes from them. Police Officers Rolando Mella (Shield 16037) and Alex Tegan (Shield 09383) pushed Plaintiff to the ground and arrested him. Plaintiff was eventually released from the precinct without charges.
