Description: On January 26, 2012, plaintiff Amanda Mednick was sleeping in her parents home located at 2074, Arthur Avenue, Apt 5E, Bronx New York when the defendants police officers Jeffery Sisco of the NYPD and other members of the NYPD, broke the door to the entrance of the apartment and entered the apartment. Plaintiff, along with her brother, mother and father were handcuffed by the defendants. Police officer Jeffery Sisco searched plaintiff by placing his hands on her back, inner thighs and buttocks. Description: On or about July 16, 2011 Plaintiff was lawfully walking his dog on a public street when PO Jeffrey Sisco, PO Hoelmy Ramos, PO Frederic Winter, and Sgt. Richard Santiago began to forcefully grab and wrestle Plaintiff. Plaintiff begged POs to let him tether his dog to a nearby pole but POs refused and forcefully threw Plaintiff to the ground, The action caused Plaintiff to let go of the dog's leash and the dog lunged toward an officer, who fired a shot a the dog.
