Description: Beginning in the summer of 2014, Defendant Sgt. Deleon would mouth "I love you" to Plaintiff (also an officer) and rub Plaintiff's face and thigh while working at the 52nd Precinct. Plaintiff would always reject Deleon's advances. In December 2014, in retaliation for Plaintiff's numerous refusals to go out on a date, Defendant Sgt. Deleon made Plaintiff rush the processing of an arrest because it was snowing and he didn't want Plaintiff to stay inside the precinct. In February 2015, Defendant Sgt.
