Description: On April 17, 2016, Plaintiff Monterey was with a friend who was receiving attention from EMTs due to a medical emergency. Plaintiff Monterey asked Defendant Officer Hart to retrieve the friend's belongings before the friend was brought to the hospital. Defendant Officer Hart shoved Plaintiff Monterey to the ground, and Defendant Officers Hart, Estevez, Savage and Medina began to assault Plaintiff Monterey. Plaintiff Monterey was tightly handcuffed by Defendant Officer Estevez, and Plaintiff Monterey was released at arraingment.
