Description: Plaintiff's son was arrested by defendant officers for allegedly possessing and selling marijuana to UC 276. Officers went to Plaintiff's apartment and demanded she give them his cell phone. Since Plaintiff refused, defendant officers obtained and executed a search warrant at her apartment and locked her out.
