Description: On April 6, 2022, homeless plaintiff was arressted violently by police officers and empolyees of Department of Homeless Services while his personal belongings are destroyed. On April 16, when plaintiff moved to a different tent, officers surrounded the area and destroyed his tent. On April 20, 2022, defendant Department Sergeant MATTHEW ZONIN (Badge No. 610) and/or other police officers threatened to arrest the resident of one homless campe residents, incliuding plaintff.
