Complaint
Description: On September 29th, 2015, Plaintiff Justice was walking down the roadway near an intersection when he was arrested without justification or warrant. Defendant Officers Wardwages and DeLotto handcuffed Plaintiff excessively tight and insulted him, despite no resisting by Plaintiff. Plaintiff Justice was taken to the precinct and imprisoned for fifteen hours on false allegations of illegal activity by Defendant Officers Wardwages and DeLotto. The district attorney failed to prosecute Plaintiff Justice on these false allegations and the summons were dimissed.
